Week 5 - Science Roadshow

On Thursday LC3 checked out the Science Roadshow. We got to explore the interactive exhibits and watch two exciting shows. The first show was called Mighty Materials and demonstrated the physical and chemical properties of substances like metals and fabrics and how these are put to use in everyday applications. The second show, Sounding Out Waves, explained the characteristics of sound such as pitch, volume, how fast it travels, what substances it travels through, how it travels and the many effects these have on things we can or cannot hear.

A big thank you to the parents who came along and helped.
